I have used ST for ten years for three different companies as well as my personal tax affairs. I remain a very happy client. During that time two businesses have been sold, an SMSF created and a number of other complex transactions have occurred.

What I have appreciated most about the ST advice is the long term planning that they put in place in the initial stages so that when transactions do occur with large tax implications (eg a business sale), the initial structuring is flexibly designed for optimal outcomes. This can have life changing implications with respect to tax reduction and personal savings and it is that deep thinking at the outset that makes all the difference in the long run.

But most of all it is always a pleasure to meet with them and meetings are always productive and efficient.
