I have had a mixed experience with Santander investment trust Colombia. On one hand, their investment options are varied and their platform is user-friendly. However, I have found their customer service to be lacking at times. Some of the representatives I have interacted with were not very knowledgeable or responsive. Their fees are also on the higher side compared to some other investment firms. Overall, I would say they are decent but could improve in certain areas.
