Great location for our needs. Downtown and not far from medical campuses, as our daughter was interviewing for post graduate nursing positions. My only negatives of the room were, (1) we had a devil of a time figuring out how to adjust the thermostat, and (2) the bathroom did not have a circulation fan. Mirrors remained foggy after shower. Inconvenient when you cannot keep the door opened to allow fresh air in. Also, (3) there was not small refrigerator or microwave in the room.
