I had an average experience with Closed Loop Partners. The company website, closedloopfund.com, was easy to navigate and find information about their investments in sustainable materials. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. When I reached out with a question, it took them a long time to get back to me, and their response was not very helpful. Overall, I think they have potential but need to improve their customer service.
