I was in the market for a new air balance hood and...

I was in the market for a new air balance hood and I came across FLW website. I was able to find the items I wanted very quickly. But I had a couple of questions on the assisories for the tool so I called FLW. And I spoke to Patrick, and I tell you what Patrick was very helpful and he was able to answer all of my questions very quickly. Just talking to to him for a few minutes I thought to myself I'm definitely going to buy from this company. And by the time the phone conversation was over I felt like I was talking to a long time friend. I wanted to thank you Patrick and FLW for the great work and customer service yall provided. Its something that isn't very present in out day.
