If I could give them zero stars I would , My husband needs rotator cuff surgery and has jumped through all of their hoops . We have tried for three weeks to contact them to schedule the surgery and have been ignored . They signed a form that won t allow my husband to work until he has surgery and now we are in limbo waiting to be helped . The message says 3 to 4 business days to schedule a surgery we ve been waiting for three weeks . And haven t received a call to even schedule. This is costing us 1500 a week . Very poor customer service.
