I own multiple businesses and have worked with many leasing and real estate companies. This is by far the worst company I ve ever done business with. They are run by all men who I feel harassed and bullied me into signing a lease. This was after we had multiple email communications back and forth regarding agreed upon terms they changed those once they handed me the keys and forced me to sign a different agreement. If you are looking at buildings run by them run the opposite direction! Specifically David Ricci was extremely difficult to work with. His staff has apologized on multiple occasions for the way he has treated me but unfortunately they have no control over how this business is run. Customer service is not their priority.
