I recently visited this salon and medi spa after hearing great things from friends. The services were a bit disappointing. The hair treatment I received was decent, but nothing exceptional. The staff seemed to be a bit disorganized and didn't provide the detailed information I was hoping for. The medi spa experience was also just average. Although the facilities were clean and well-maintained, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The website looks professional and informative, which initially drew me in, but the actual experience didn't quite measure up. The pricing was reasonable, but for the quality of service, I would have expected a bit more. I hope they can improve their customer service and provide a more satisfying experience in the future. 👎
