I recently used this company for my insurance needs and found their service to be pretty average. The website is easy to navigate and has useful information, but the customer service was somewhat lacking. 😐 It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and I didn't feel like the agent went above and beyond to assist me. However, the company did provide competitive rates and a decent range of coverage options, so that's a plus. Overall, it's an okay choice if you're looking for a straightforward insurance experience, but don't expect exceptional service.
