I recently utilized the services of this organization to help with some financial and risk management matters. The website is user-friendly and provides a good amount of information. However, I found the customer service to be average as it took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. The company did provide some useful insights, but I expected a bit more personalized attention and guidance. 🤔 Overall, it was an okay experience, and I appreciate the help, but there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and client support.
