I have been a customer of the Ontario federation of snowmobile clubs for a few years now and I must say that their service is average. The trails are well-maintained and well-marked, but there is room for improvement. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, but there have been a few instances where I felt their attitude was less than satisfactory. Overall, it's a decent experience, but not exceptional.
