I recently bought a product from Vitarum and the overall experience was average. The product quality was good, but the customer service could be improved. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, it took a bit longer than expected for the product to be delivered. I hope Vitarum works on their customer service and delivery speed to provide a better experience to their customers.
