I recently purchased a BBQ grill from the company and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the customer service response was slow. 🍔 The quality of the grill is decent, but I expected a little more for the price. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of service and delivery.
