I had a mixed experience with Novus plc. The company website, novus-ms.com, provided useful information and their services were satisfactory. However, there were a few instances where I faced delays and encountered minor issues. While they were eventually resolved, it did affect my overall perception. I believe Novus plc. has the potential to improve and provide a consistently exceptional experience to their customers.
