I recently used a feedback platform called Feedbex.io and it exceeded my expectations. The interface is intuitive and navigating through the features was a breeze. I found the analytics provided by the platform to be quite insightful and it helped me understand my customers better. The only improvement I can suggest is to enhance the reporting options.
