I regret very much how the hotel has lost quality, I visited the hotel for my birthday on Thursday 22/03 and the food in the pool is too expensive much more than in any local level (Hard Rock, Friday's, Tony Roma's, etc.) and the very bad quality or the shadow of other visits to the hotel in 2017 ... The cleaning was also very bad in the pool area the tables were dirty and the chairs were with bird droppings ... the bathroom the pool was dirty smelled very bad ... and the worst was the attention of the management because when I wanted to express my opinion about how bad the service had been they were not receptive and even the manager never gave us the face personally. A real pity because for me it was the best hotel in the country. What I must emphasize is that the attention of the non-managerial staff was very good, the room comfortable and clean at the level of its category and the breakfast is also very good with enough variety and good quality.
