In general lines the service by all the staff was excellent, only that the first night I was lodged in the EuroSuite 261. I reported that the safe did not work, I was waiting for the security staff to fix it but they never showed up. However for the second night I requested a change to a room in the Torre Hotel that was managed quickly and efficiently. I was changed to an apartment where I had the opportunity to see a room that is in the process of total reform that I think is excellent as it is remaining. By the way, it has been a total success that the hotel has enabled a very pleasant place for smokers. It is seen that they are doing their best to improve the stay of their guests.
