I have been a customer of Phoenix Resources for several years now and I must say that their service is simply average. Nothing extraordinary, but also nothing to complain about. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I think there is still room for improvement in terms of response time to customer inquiries. Overall, an average experience.
