Its remarkable when you witness professionals that have no idea of the impact that people have when they receive the level of quality produced from the services they provide. I experienced this first hand. I was afforded this opportunity after Justin from this lab was contacted by my Dentist Anthony Edwards agreed along with Adrianna to meet with me and noted any adjustments that would be needed in the attempt for me to get the results I described of my expectations in what my dentures would look like. I returned 2 days later to try on the result of that meeting, and for the first time since starting the process of getting dentures my tears were of joy not sorrow when I looked in the mirror for the first time in almost two years what I saw was identical to the me in my memory that I had before a horrific fall resulting in having to have all of my teeth pulled.
I was speechless and smile was felt by everyone in that room no words needed to be said it was a moment l will never forget. and a chance to somehow repay those that never get to see how much the work they've done literally changes the lives of the people that the work has been for in the most personal way. I will be forever grateful for what your work has given back to me that I feared was lost forever! A very special thanks goes out to Angelique his receptionist who had a HUGE part in helping me deal with the fact that after a horrific fall, I was going to lose my beautiful teeth. I hadn't looked at myself in the mirror in over a year, and cried through every appt.
Dr Anthony Edwards understood through the time he spent with me that my expectations of my dentures looking as close to my own teeth, would be detrimental in my ability to restore my self image and regain my identity.
