I recently made a purchase from Hero Factory - No Limits and overall, I had an okay experience. The product I received was as described, but the shipping took longer than expected. The website was easy to use, although I didn't find the layout very appealing. Customer service was responsive, but it felt a little impersonal. I would consider buying from them again, but I would also explore other options.
