Thrive Pilates Limited is an exceptional pilates studio. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and really know how to challenge and motivate their students. The studio is spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with top-of-the-line pilates equipment. I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength and flexibility since joining their classes.
