I am very impressed with the compassionate mind foundation. They have a great website which provides a wealth of information about their work. The resources they offer are highly valuable and have helped me to develop a more compassionate mindset. I especially appreciate their focus on mindfulness and self-compassion. The team at the compassionate mind foundation is also very responsive and helpful. Overall, my experience with them has been excellent!
