I have been a customer of Pivotal Step Limited for several years now and I must say their service is consistently average. While they do a decent job, there is definitely room for improvement. The website, pivotalstep.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their response time could be faster and their customer support could be more knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate them as average.
