Zero stars should be an option. They have been charging us dues since June even though we put our membership on hold in March because it is unsafe to attend packed gyms at this time. I got the run around from the membership office-they pinged me to some lady named Debbie at the corporate office who was rude and snotty and basically told me tough luck deal with it and she will have someone named Greg the Regional Manager call me. Harbour Island Athletic Club is preying on families and charging them fees for services not used. Shameful and probably illegal. Don t join this gym.
