I had an average experience with thesleepshop.com. The website was easy to use and the checkout process was smooth. However, the delivery took a bit longer than expected. Once the mattress arrived, I found it to be of good quality and it has improved my sleep. Overall, I would recommend Sleep Shop for their products, but be aware that delivery may take longer.
