I recently had the pleasure of banking with Kansas Bank CORP and I must say that my experience was average. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The online banking platform was easy to use and navigate. However, I did face some issues with the mobile app, which was frustrating. Overall, I would rate Kansas Bank CORP as an average bank.
