This company is horrible to work for you can work there for years and get no recognition of the years you put in when in the while making the rich everything is going up but your paycheck I guess they feel like you don't have a reason to keep up with inflation but yet in still they know that you are struggling and can careless about the time and years that you have given them know they are taking holidays away this company is a taker and not a giver always want the most out of you but can't give nothing to you not even a raise and then wonder why they can't keep good worker's and have one of the biggest turn over that any company can have worker's get no appreciation period and they have the nerve to change the name every chance they get this company is very very underappreciated of it's staff and don't value the deacation that they put in years of work to brighten the lives of individuals at BrightSpring and Educare what ever they choose to go by its always the upper management getting the raises and Direct Care staff rate of pay never changes and yet and still we as direct staff do all of the work
