I had a mixed experience with Mahkovtz Heating And Ac. The technician who came to fix my heater was extremely professional and did a great job. However, the customer service I received over the phone was poor. I had to wait on hold for a long time and the representative seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
