I'm a consultant, and have stayed at this hotel multiple times due to client travel in Memphis. I've stayed at many other Westin hotels before, and this location is easily the worst. Myself and multiple people on my team have arrived at the hotel before only to hear that they were overbooked, and we would have to re-locate elsewhere. The hotel manager is rude and does not put guests first - we were told we were not allowed to eat outside food in the lobby, even though this policy is not publicly posted anywhere in the hotel. I guess the expectation is you have to eat the food from the hotel (which is sub-par, by the way) or else be banished to your room. Terrible!
