I have been a customer of Idc-integrative health for a few months now and I must say, the experience has been average. The services provided are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I appreciate the convenience of their website, idcedc.com, where I can easily book appointments and access my medical records. However, I feel that the staff could be more attentive and empathetic towards patients. Overall, Idc-integrative health is a good healthcare provider, but there is room for improvement.
