I have had mixed experiences with HRC Technologies Limited. While their technical solutions are solid and their website hrcigw.com is user-friendly, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, and there were a few instances where I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. However, I must acknowledge that when they did respond, they were able to resolve the issues effectively. Overall, my experience with HRC IGW has been average, and I would recommend them with some reservations.
