I've been going to therapy for a while now and I must say, my sessions with Erin Metheny, LMFT, LLC have been exceptional. The therapist is attentive, understanding, and provides a safe space for open and honest communication. I appreciate the non-judgmental environment created by the therapist and I always feel heard and validated during my sessions.
