Very disappointed with our experience while stayin...

Very disappointed with our experience while staying at this hotel. We stayed overnight and put our name on the list to take the shuttle...or so we thought and were told. Later, when we went to get on the shuttle the front desk apparently never added us to the list delaying our trip to the airport and causing unnecessary churn.

Parking for the hotel night stay is also not covered. I understand paying more for parking for an extended duration, but I feel that the hotel stay parking should be covered for the nights that we are staying. They are essentially using paying customers to commercialize and subsidize their parking lot.

The room was unclean and the bathtub and sink drain did not work.

Very unexpected and disappointing from a Sheraton brand hotel.

We will not be staying at the hotel again.
