I recently started going to a local gym called Crossfit 561 LLC and I'm really enjoying the workouts. The trainers are excellent and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The workouts are challenging but they can be modified for all fitness levels. I've already noticed an improvement in my strength and endurance. I highly recommend giving Crossfit 561 LLC a try!
