I rented a car from Nelson Rentals, Inc. last weekend. Overall, it was an average experience. The car was clean and ran fine, but the check-in process was a bit slow. The staff was friendly, but I felt like they could have been more efficient. It's an okay company to rent from, but there's room for improvement.
