Horrible agency. Never available, poor communication. Working PRN through them...
- was sent sporadic available shifts with short notice
- my phone calls and texts messages were responded to 15% of the time
- when shifts were sent out a month prior, I committed and the shifts were cancelled a week later with new shift needs sent

After extreme frustration I finally contacted the lead position at the hospital itself who has multiple shifts available for each month that are known and were communicated to the agency.

Extremely frustrating...would not work with this agency if you can avoid it.
