It's hard to find Persian food in the Bay Area, let alone *good* Persian food, so this place is a gem.

The biggest drawbacks are the parking (limited and poorly laid out) and small space (only room for about 25 in the dining room and it's very dense, so getting in and out of your seat can be tough).

But once you're in your seat, prepare for kind service, large portions, and delicious food. All of the kebabs are excellent, so feel free to go with whatever meat you're craving if you want to go that route. Another great option is the Sheereen Polo, a stewed chicken that comes with rice that includes orange peels and saffron.
