I recently switched my insurance to a different provider and it has been a nightmare. The customer service is terrible and I constantly have to deal with long wait times and rude representatives. I wish I had stayed with Lane Insurance Group. Their rates were competitive and their staff was always friendly and helpful. I learned my lesson and will be switching back to Lane Insurance Group as soon as possible.
