I recently bought a product from Minimal, and I must say I am quite disappointed. The quality was mediocre, and the design was nothing special. It looked and felt cheap compared to other brands I have tried. The customer service was also lacking, they took a long time to respond to my inquiries and weren't very helpful. Overall, my experience with Minimal was below average.
