I recently purchased some carpentry materials from ACM's website, and overall, it was an okay experience. The products arrived on time and in good condition. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries, which was slightly frustrating. Nonetheless, the quality of the materials was decent. I would consider buying from them again if they improve their customer service.
