Simplyfly is an average company. I've used their services a few times and I haven't been overly impressed. The website is easy to navigate and the booking process is straightforward, but the customer service could be better. I had a small issue with my flight and it took a long time to get it resolved. Overall, I would say Simplyfly is just okay.
