Stay Away from this company! They were referred to me by a good friend for bottom paint of our boat & installation of underwater lights. They emailed 14 forms to sign that states they are not responsible for anything, that should have given me a clue to stay away and of course you have to give them your credit card. They charged my credit card three times the amount quoted. Less than 10 days later two of the three lights they installed stopped working. I was in contact with the manufacturer of the lights couldn't believe it but sent new lights under warranty and asked that we send the malfunctioning lights back to them for testing. We now bring the boat back to them to install the lights, they quoted $600.00 which I thought was absurd because there was a good chance that there was nothing wrong with the lights, but the installation. I was shocked that my credit card was charged nearly $1500.00. Upon arrival to pick up the boat I found that it had been walked on with dirty sandy shoes leaving foot prints all over, the hatch was left open, and the carpets were just thrown on the seats and not placed back to the way they were found. I also found that they hadn't shut valves off that were supposed to be shut off before hauling the vessel which caused damage to an impeller. I also questioned why there were two different size breakers for two of the three lights and received no answer other than we'll call you on Monday morning. Of course no phone call or response to emails. Macy only wants to speak or email you to get your credit card. Not only are the breakers two different sizes both sizes are under the specifications from the manufacturer recommends and the parts that came from the manufacturer were not installed. One of the three packages are the parts were left on the boat, the others are missing but not installed. They also cut the wires on the broken lights that have to go back to the manufacturer to make it difficult to tell if it was a defect in lights or an installation issue. This company is dishonest. I have never had such a horrible experience with a service company much less twice.
