I am only giving this a 2 star is because the sales part was terrific. The service department and customer service is 0 Stars. Within the first month we found issues wrong with the camper. Brought it in for the refrigerator because it would not keep cold and our food would spoil and the freezer would defrost into the floor and no electricity was going through parts of the camper. Was assured it would be within 2 weeks. Over a month later we finally got it back only after many phone calls and then a conversation with a manager.
Went camping again and found the refrigerator is still not working and now we also smell gas and the carbon monoxide alarm went off. A week and a half later, the camper is just beginning to be looked at and the service department guy named Daniel acts like he rather be fishing than helping you. I am constantly on hold, or am told someone will call me back and still do not get any accurate information about our camper. We are supposed to go camping this weekend, but after a week and a half, they haven't even began to solve the issues and Friday is only two days away.
We went against our feelings to purchase the camper there because the salesman, Dan, was so awesome, we did. I wish we went with our feelings and went somewhere else.
