I had an average experience with Herterkom engineering. Their website was easy to navigate and find information about their products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Herterkom engineering is just okay.
