I had a slightly negative experience with Zaffire recently. The customer service representative I spoke to was not very knowledgeable and it took a while to resolve my issue. However, once the issue was escalated, it was sorted out in a satisfactory manner. Overall, I would rate my experience with Zaffire as average.
