I had a mixed experience with Tretter-schuhe josef tretter gmbh & co. kg. While the selection of shoes was good, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very friendly or attentive. However, the quality of the shoes is great, and they are comfortable to wear. Overall, an average experience.
