I've increased my review to four stars based on the experience I just had. Kristine (I believe that's her name) from the big island of cheese between the deli and customer service is great. I usually hit Costco for all my cheese, but I will be coming here as well from now on. Did you know they will slice as tiny a wedge aa you'd like (or can afford) of whatever cheese you're interested in? And that you are welcome to sample any you'd like to try? Pretty sweet resource.
