Sioux City Apartments II, Ltd, An Iowa LP is not bad at all. The management is decent and the overall atmosphere is alright. The apartments are spacious and the maintenance team is helpful. However, there are a few areas of improvement, such as better parking arrangements and updated appliances. But for the price, it's a good deal.
