I had a mixed experience with Nirav Modi. The website was easy to navigate, and I found some beautiful pieces of jewelry. However, the prices were quite high compared to other retailers. I ended up buying a necklace, and the quality was excellent. The customer service was also very helpful and friendly. Overall, I would rate Nirav Modi as average.
