I had a mixed experience with Outdoor Sport. While the quality of the product I purchased was great, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not very knowledgeable. However, the website was easy to navigate, and the prices were reasonable. Despite the customer service issue, I would still consider shopping with them again because of the good quality of their products.
